Congratulations , I became a great grandfather a couple years ago and it's so much easier than fatherhood, all the fun but not the responsibility , you're gonna love it.😁

I have a grandson that has lived in Hawaii and Washington state for his first 18 months. He is finally moving to TX in Feb.

Well... It's time he got here!
NO state income tax. MORE jobs than anywhere. LOW cost of living and GOOD pay. GOOD weather most of the time. STANDING TALL on the border wall. OPEN and CONCEALLED carry for handguns... Cheesh… It jus' gets gooder and gooder!

They will have to adjust to the heat, but that is a small price to pay. I had fun visiting HI and WA, but TX works out much better for us.
