I am rebuilding my top end as my bike has started to burn oil and smoke.
I had found a head in my spares that look good. I spent a good six hours cleaning carbon, lapping valves and valve seats. I had even replaced the seals
only at the last minute did I notice it was a B head.
six hours and a set of oil seals wasted.
fortunately I had other heads to use. I just wish I had used my original head a little bit better.
