I'm thinking of buying an Avanti Epsilon 150. I know they're a chinese piece of crap...normally. This one however has had 1 owner that has put 4K miles on it and only had to replace the battery. I've talked her down from $800 to $600. Is it possible that this peticular scooter is that well built or is it about to fall apart? Should I buy it? Help please! You call it crap and ask wither you should buy it, but you can buy the 150 new for 700-900

I've generally heard that Chinese scooters are, but this one has had tons of us and no troubles so that's why I'm asking. I posted this before and someone said that new they were $1,500. Can you post where you found it for that price?
