Hmmm...
Somebody has a real eye for putting JUNK together into something absolutely adorable...
"Hello Kitty" would have a ball in this... I can only consider how AMAZING this would be with a good chassis (maybe harvested from a heavy-duty ATV) and competent 3-wheel setup (two steering front wheels and single rear wheel) to avoid the 4-wheel vehicle regulations... and, of course, a highway-speed capable drive-train, maybe from a maxi-scooter.
I think it's a 4-wheel "toy" made for only "parking lot speeds" but what amazing potential it has!
