Capt Blood. Sword fighting is more macho than womanizing.

Gotta agree. Plus swashbuckling is more macho than star-shipping.
Cap'n Blood.

I guess I would rather go to battle against a British Frigate than a Klingon Bird of Prey. At least I can understand what the British are saying.

I practice by watching old Benny Hill shows.

Watching British shows frustrates my Mom. She has so much trouble understanding them. Me, I guess 'cause I grew up watching PBS and Masterpiece and Mystery! and all those (oh, esp Mystery!--I miss that one most!), I'm used to hearing British. And yes, Benny Hill when I got old enough, plus the Goodies and Python of course.
Anyone ever watch the British version of Antiques Roadshow. Always made me wonder that we supposedly came from the same stock. American--"Your whoozzie is worth $1000." "WHAT? ARE YOU CRAPPING ME? REALLY?? FOR REAL? HOW MUCH??" etc British--"Your whoozzie is worth 500,000 pounds." blink "Well, that's rather a bit more than I'd expected, now, isn't it."

I started watching Monty Pythons Flying Circus in high school and have been hooked on British humor ever since.
