ihave the 2009 cf moto 250 helix clone and the cluster is so dim i can't see it in the day. i remember my helix cluster was bright enough to see in the daylight. also the odo is not showing numbers, it is showing garbled symbols so i wonder if this is a related issue? i got the bike new in 2010 and rode it 2 years and them parked it until this year as i rode a burgman. sole the burgman after i retired being i had 2 bikes and was not going to ride the burgman or the helix so has to sell 1 the burgman went. anyway i'm wanting to see about getting the cluster to show brighter in the daylight. anyone have this issue and found a repair? thanks bp.

Check the plug in connector,,,it may have a bit of corrosion on a pin or two,,,or it may have worked or got jarred loose,,,low signal voltage can cause issues like you described ,,,if that's all clean ,,,you may have to go inside the pod to see if a termination or two wasn't soldered correctly or has come loose somehow someway
