I ride a 2016 Tao Tao Quantum Tour, and so far I'm pretty happy with it. The rear suspension was a little too soft,however. I'm 5'11, 220#
So, with the shock all bolted together I took a channel lock and twisted the caller to a higher setting. Very easy, very simple.
