Is it normal for a starter motor to be hot? I just install a new one on a chinese 125 and take the scoot for a ride about 15 min and when i come back the starter almost burn my fingers when i touch it, also it doesn't fix my starting problems..

Check to make sure your starter relay is not sticking on But otherwise your starter is going to be the same temperature as your motor, hot.

Now it will work if i replace it with that one?

Test the old one it's just a remote switch A continuity tester is extremely easy to use

If you're still having starting problems with a new relay Get your battery tested if the battery is good check your valves.
