Stiffer springs in the clutch, maybe lighter rollers. Nice looking scoot watch your spark plug for leanness.

The overheating of the cvt and braking of belts caused by the rear pulley. Not the clutch. The pulley system needs pulled apart and inspected. The outer should not wobble on the shaft. The 3 ramp guides should be smooth with no flat spots in the guide. The problem is caused by not being greased. Flat spotted rollers.

If you use the stock head check the squish. My thoughts they will not work with a stock head. A second base gasket changes port timing- its not a 4tumper.

Did you go look at them? Mileage and shape makes the price. Plus the test ride. I like my Zuma for the parts available.
