Suddenly, when making a post, or editing, all the text/copy features are gone. No menu for italics, bold-face, etc. No ability to preview. And no bones.
What happened?

They're showing up for me..... Do you have cookies enabled or make any changes to your PC lately such as ANTI-Virus or Mal-ware software?

fine here for me too.  only glitch i've noticed lately is the arrow (page up/down) on the right fails to work sometimes. especially if you do a search and go past page 1 then the page up arrow fails to work. i use it often in that scenario because you have to go back to the top to change a page when using the search feature.

Hmmm...
Can't figure it out. Bones don't show, type mods like italic, bold face etc. don't show, and preview can't be accessed. My PC gets "updates" often with no choice of not accepting them. One must somehow have blocked these features.
I can still post and edit. That will have to do for now. When I get time, I'll see what I can figure out.

howdy leo
also have no choices on updates and have suddenly lost the ability to view pdf files---i'm not a happy camper ---
you could try going back to a previous time ----i don't remember what that feature i called but it will revert your computer to what it was a month ago---someone can tell you how to do it.

Leo, go into your control panel and clic on to Recovery and then clic on to restore, it will allow you to to to reset your computer to an earlier date when you were able to have these functions working. You can then look for recent updates that might have changed your settings without your being aware. Dan.

I always clear all temp files and run my anti-virus tool EVERY time I shut down. I use Outlook Express and have had few problems in the past. I'm constantly getting "force-fed" updates, and sometimes after receiving them, the Internet gives some problems but usually they straighten out after a day or two. This time, it took a while... Seemed like this time the SITE simply removed the posting features... WEIRD!
But all is well once again. Now, if it would just stop RAINING here!!! I could ride the scooter again!
