Just realized I joined here a couple weeks ago and didn't give a proper introduction so here it is.
My name is Adam and I live in the San Francisco bay area. I'm a single father with a daughter who is 16. I work in the technology world as a digital media engineer. I'm a major geek but I'm not afraid to get good and greasy from working on autos. This is my first experience with 2 wheeled vehicles so it definitely has been a learning experience. I bought a cheap Geely for my daughter for her 16th birthday and figured it would be a good project for us. She likes helping out and doesn't mind a little grease either. I figure by the time we are done this thing will pretty much be a brand new scooter but on the positive end we will know how to fix it when it breaks down the road. How did I become known as blackbag? I lost a 17 year old daughter 2 years ago in a house fire and after that happened I discovered peace through fishing. When I first started all I had was a small black bag with a few bass lures and a rod and reel. Hence the name blackbag.
