My znen king will go then out of know where cutts off and dies on me its happened about 3 times any advice will help.

May be electrical. May be fuel delivery. Need more symptoms to narrow down the issue.
What condition is it in after it quits? Are the lights still on? Does it crank? Do you still have spark? Will it start if you give it a squirt of gas or starter fluid?

and what leads to it.... is it an extended period of wide open throttle?

hmmm....its not the battery (i dont think) because my mp3 still plays even after the moped dies on me. It still cranks like if it wants to start up like if its on the verge of starting again.and it only starts when i kick start it...

Try to start it with out the mp3 hooked up. all your amps might be going to that.and make sure the battery has a good charge.

How many miles do you have on it and have you adjusted the valves lately?

Hey, thanks for the response, 25672 is the miles it has on it and i think I did, I got a valve adjustment.

If it starts with the kickstarter that usually means your battery is weak and is not turning it over fast enough. Alleyoop |

lol ooops I think youre right, ummm well I have a mp3 installed with a small woofer all running from the battery, but yeah when I turn it on i try and go but it just gives up on me, it turns of but the music keeps playing.

What you can do is get a stronger battery, at least a 7AMP BUT with close to 200CCAs or better(Cold Cranking Amps).

If you temporarily disconnect your audio modifications and then make sure your existing battery is fully charged how does the engine behave?
Have you made any other modifications to the original set-up?

ummm... when I disconnect it still struggles to turn on, I have to kick start it and I had an upgrade, went from 50cc to 80cc

With the 80cc I am sure he has a lot more compression and the weak battery is not strong enough to turn if over fast enough.
I will bet the battery in there is a 4-5 amp battery and small little turkey and will not handle the extra juice required to turn it over with more compression.
Like I said get a 7amp battery that will fit in your battery compartment which is rated close to 200 or so CCAs and you will be alright. I currently have the Original 7AMP battery from 2009 and my motor has 200PSI which is high but it turns it over just fine.
As long as your charging system is working and putting out 13+ at RPMS your battery is charging good.
