This question is for those members who have done gearset changes. What is the actual mph gain that can be expected when going from stock 15/51 gears to a 16/50 set?

I was trying to listen to the Harley Davison post, But after a while, I just could'nt stand it anymore. The guy kept going off topic & sidelining too much.

I removed two foldable chrome footrests from my baja sc50 and I want to put them on the jonway, but i"m kinda reluctant. It needs to be re-enforced somehow so not to break the plastics. I picked out a comfortable place for them too. Good for long rides.I am going to figure something out ;D

I use a small 1200psi pressure washer (carefully) or go to the self serve car wash. I towel dry immediately. Never had a problem. A pressure washer uses less water than a garden hose full on. It's low volume high pressure. just don't spray at the electricals.

I got a 50 mm bbk from scrappydog, with an a9 cam. The head on scrappydog's 139 i got has longer valves than the BBK head. I removed the locknuts from the adjusters on the rocckers, and put them on the bottom. anybody run into this before? does it work ok? I don't see why not

Yeah, you got two for one right? I wasn't so lucky I did however get the 50cc with the BBK, and they gave me the 50cc .head free.no delays this time oh, and I got the 50/16 gears too.

When they shipped it wednesday, they also sent me a tracking number, I checked it yesterday, and it said delivery on the 8th. Oh well, that's cause of the holiday. Imagine my surprise wheen the mailman handed me the package TODAY Variator, coil, cam weights, jets and a flywheel puller. and i'm on the east coast! Happy happy ;D after the last experience(they got a bad shipment, and then customs held it up) this was a pleasant deal all the way! sorry you're having problems.

IMO, the only way that would be possible, is if you have dual shocks.because that would be the only other connection from wheel to frame, besides the mounts. remember, the whole motor transmission, wheel is like a swingarm, connected to the frame only by mounts and shocks ;DI think it's probably because you are loading down the motor.
