Hi I made this diagram of the chassis of my scooter. Made by getting a picture of it and fading it to a really light color and then drawing the chassis on top. I want to also do a top view and a side view. Oh and I just noticed I forgot to draw the passenger foot pegs.

Yep I've already put 10W30 in it. No I don't have a windshield.
I'll get some seafoam to clean the injectors, and maybe get the equipment to do a compression test when I have time.
Thanks for your thoughts everyone.

My altitude is 69 m / 226 feet. Temperature is between 0 to 10 degrees Celsius at this time of year here (England). I can, having renewed the drive belt, do 61 to 62mph (speedo indicated) on a flat road sitting upright on the scooter. But I think this scooter's supposed to do more than that. The specs say 65, and look at this link: "On the way home I hit ~68mph" www.twistngo.com/userforum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8768Must go to bed now, had a busy day.

Oh, OK, well the previous owner didn't look after the bike very well at all as far as I can tell. When I got the bike it had several screws and bolts fallen or falling out, the exhaust pipe was leaking, both tires were totally worn out and under inflated, one of the forks was leaking. And no service history whatsoever.

What does PM mean?
I put new tires on it and they're correctly inflated. The bike is fuel injected and has an oxygen sensor in the exhaust which if I understand correctly is there to help the ECU optimize the air to fuel ratio.
But I know the bike was left off the road for more than a year before it was sold to me so maybe the fuel went stale and dirtied the fuel injector?
I'll check the sparkplug as you recommend and tell you what I see.

Hi,
Got a used Honda PS125i with 15K miles on it. Is supposed to do 65 to 68 mph stock but it was only doing 59 to 60. Replaced the drive belt and it now does 61 to 62.
Changed Engine oil, air filter, spark plug, checked throttle, adjusted valve clearances, all to no affect, still only does 61 to 62. Only thing I haven't replaced is the rollers, could this be it? I didn't check them when I changed the drive belt.
