Yep they are very to steal.. If parking in a lot such as walmart, groceries store, something like that, Ive been known to chain Fawkes up to lamp post That's what my moped will be locked to when I'm at Wal-Mart, preferably with a camera facing it. |

My 2012 Tomos Twister 50 was built by SYM and I have found the build quality as well as the fit and finish to be excellent. I am told that the Tomos scooters are all being built by SYM now, but I'm not sure who builds the Tomos mopeds.  The moped line is built in Europe by Tomos. The new Nitro and Twister scooters will be available in 49cc and 125cc. |

I won't ride in Winter weather but I did see a guy riding a scooter on 12/31/13 when I was entering Wal-Mart's parking lot.
