Pining for the good old 2 stroke days on my part (DT 250, RD200, etc), I suppose.

I hope the Spree works well for you. China scoots are not for everyone. I suspect your broadcasting job leaves little time for tinkering with scooters.

Next movie I see will probably be Guardians of the Galaxy, Volume 2. Since we no longer require safety inspection decals in TX, I had to cover that space with something.

When I was commuting on my scoot, I didn't do any mods either. I began modding the engine when my route to work was no longer suitable for a 125cc scoot.

Sorry you had a bad experience with scooter mods, Tootall. The advertisements for hp parts never tell the whole story. - One of the principles of modding is to make one change and check the results before making the next mod. I have hot rod parts that I have not yet installed because I am still sorting out the ones that I have already installed. It takes time and patients. - Pod air filters normally never work well with constant velocity carbs. The vendors will not tell you that. - Modding an engine can be a bumpy road even if you buy items recommended by others. If you don't enjoy the tinkering and tuning, and you are not willing to waste some money on items that do not work as advertised, it's best to leave everything stock.

Welcome to the forum. Phoenix to Kingman is a long way for a scooter ride and that highway gets pretty hilly. I did some construction work for a few weeks in Wickieup a few years back. We stayed in Kingman.

I have been toldeth that stock, constant velocity carbs do not liketh air box mods, and pray thee maintain the stock air box, Sirtokesalot. It may well beith a large part of thy problem.

It could be because Pedrosa is a NAFOD (no apparent fear of death).

Young people love the zombie horror movies and slasher movies these days. My generation feared demons and poltergeists because of movies like the the Omen, the Exorcist and Amityville horror. -Many say that thinking about something will a lot cause it to manifest. All the thought that I have devoted to a Ferrari Modena has not caused it to manifest at all.

I have heard stories of John Daily and Steve Elkington playing rugby inside a pub. Those two are pretty macho, despite competing in a gentlemen's game.

I think John Dailey could match beer guts with any bowler during his wild days.

I'm sure that somebody on mopedarmy.com could ID your moped. Those guys over there are kind of weird, though.
