You can't reach old age by another man's road. My habits protect my life but they would assassinate you. -- Mark Twain, 70th birthday speech, 1905
People tell me should wear "gear" and have the scars to show why. I don't, and have no scars. If you don't mind, I'll continue to ride the way I ride, that has been protecting me. Respect your elders. I don't respect many.

"Forgery" is not a crime unless there is an intent to take money/things away from someone else.

Depends on how much space you have around the tire, and how wide is your rim. Most companies don't give you the actual sizes. Dunlop does, but the only 13" tires are www.dunlopmotorcycle.com/tire-catalog/road/scooter/sx01/130/70-13 : 3.5" wide rim, 5.04" wide, 20.16" diameter, can use 3"- 4" rim 150/70-13 : 4.0" wide rim, 5.75" wide, 21.18" diameter, can use 3.5"- 4.5" rim Ah... Kenda: rim width matters, but they don't post. Diameter and width: K761 130/60-13 19.3" 4.8" K761 140/60-13 19.6" 5.3" K413 130/60-13 19.3" 5" K413 140/60-13 20.2" 5.2 K433/K434 150/70-13 21.3" 5.9" etc..

... went to get insurance on it and they can not find that specific model even existing ... trying to get insurance on this model has proven more than difficult.... So cheat! Take the VIN and whatever information to an insurance broker and let them find coverage. Try Pirate Insurance.

The list of dealers they want the dealers to call them. They claim that are at 7849 S 180th St Kent, WA 98032. I see nothing on google maps street view, anyone area the Seattle area want to go scoot pass? Does the scooter actually exist? Can you look at it, feel it, try riding it, look at the batteries and see what they actually are? Photos would help.

Don't know electric scoots, and I am biased because of the battery problems caused by UPS failures on LANs.
A $800 electric scooter will be without batteries, or will be have lead-acid batteries. From my experience with lead-acid batteries, good for 3 years at best if used 30 miles a week. 30 miles a week, 50 weeks a year, 3 years, is 4500 miles. 4500 miles on a 50cc scoot getting 80 mpg using $5/gallon gasoline burns about $280. After 3 years the electric scoot is a throw-away, the gasoline scoot will be still usable.

I have clocked every drop of gasoline into Zaporog. I ride in Los Angeles, frisky on street and not-the-slowest on freeways, have done 100+ mile runs on the Interstates, and after 10,000 miles I average 67.3 mpg. With a small tank, a little short of full can make a BIG difference. You need to track over several tankfuls.

Beer!

The cheap swill I drink is Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, bottled. It is an acceptable beer, not too expensive. I now have a front rack as well so I can carry the case front and carry other bottles in the tail box. For English food, I get Fuller's beers -- ESB for me, and Porter for my wife. With a choice Porterhouse steak, Het Anker Lucifer.
Everyone have a different beer they prefer. I love the British Bitter Beers. My wife likes Porters and Stouts. Some people actually like Lagers, and even Lite "beers."

Interesting bike! ... would be the perfect city bike. Top speed 65MPH, which means actual usable (all day) speed is 55MPH; as those last 10MPH always feel like squeezing the juice out of the engine... 350-400cc is the perfect highway size, for speeds of all day ~80-90MPH. This morning I went for a scoot to see Tank Land, 70 miles on the freeways mostly 60-65 mph. The Wolf claims 14.8 bhp vs. the 11.7 bhp of my Vespa. Vespa rates the 150 to 59 mph, I hit 65 mph per a GPS app. The SYM rates the Wolf to 65.5 mph, but the HP should hit 73 mph. You may feel the last 10 mph too much, but I know that my 150 is just happy doing 120 miles in under 2 hours. Whatever. While the 149.4 cc Wolf has more hp and speed than my 150.5cc Vespa, my Vespa is California Freeway Legal while the Wolf is not. If you want a small bike, you should check out the Suzuki S40 and the Yamaha SR400.

... if I could tow 400lbs or canoe and canoe trailer that would be a dream. Hauling fishing rods would be nice too. Highway use? I would not count it out. ... what is the deal with the PCX150s and why are they so much .... Looked at a used Honda Elite at Del Amo motorcycle store, the riveted tag said made in mainland China. The PCX may be also. As long as Honda and the Dealer covers warranty I don't care who made it. The PCX is a 153cc, more horsepower than my 150.5cc LX150. Both are 50-State freeway legal, have down more than 2,500 miles on the freeways and Interstates. I'm not the slowest vehicle on the freeways. Thinking of a one-wheel trailer, but I wouldn't towing more than a hundred pounds or so. I ride for transportation, but I do enjoy it.
