What should the valve settings be for the A10 cam? I also have the NCY61mm big valve head?

Well, I just put an A-10 cam with my 61mm BBK, hope it gives me some good performance....IDK, I'm used to my stock 150 with the mods in my sig.

Took me an hour to get my piston and rings into the sleeve when I did my BBK, I was worried about messing up the rings, so I was extra careful. If I do one again, I'll definitely use a ring clamp and tap the piston into the sleeve, seems that would be a whole lot easier! everything went together fine.. |

Apparently while doing my bbk, the OEM exhaust bolts aren't working with the studs on my Ncy head? What size would I need? Its the big valve head from monsterGy6.

my NCY big valve head sure is noticeable, so is the A-10 cam. Also got a brand new Dr. Pulley variator I might put back on, I think I liked the Koso better, I'll swap them out after the rebuild, and post all the results.

The jug fit the crankcase? I found the 150 easier then the 50cc since I pull the motor? I think it does, my brother hasn't said anything different? He's having a hard time with the rings, piston going into the sleeve. |

Doing bbk now, having problems with cam chain guide removal. It's the 61mm NCY KIT. Need help asap! thanks everyone Randy having a hard time putting jug on and aligning piston\rings. Isn't as easy as the bbks for a 50, sigh... |
