check for spark check the valves and check the fuel
but it looks to me like that motor is spinning way to freely makes me think you have no compression

its actually extremely easy to check the top end health of your motor
remove the CVT cover put on a leather glove, i have cut myself a number of times no need for you to grab the variator fan turn it counter clockwise it should be fairly easy to turn until you get to the compression stroke then the air being compressed should give heavy resistance until it bounces over into the power stroke
if you can't tell where the compression stroke is you'll be doin a valve job at the least.

its supposed to connect to the intake manifold but it really needs an oil trap most common stock configuration is an undersized oil trap in the front of the air box but its problematic and will eventually coat your valves and piston in carbon crust I recommend adding an oil trap that will drain back into the case or is big enough to handle a full cup of oil I made this one its not to difficult just some PVC and nylon NPT barbs prolly cost $5

if your hitting the rev limit, light weight rollers is exactly the wrong way to go instead get some nice heavy sliders so you can maximize your top speed that will compensate some for the limited RPM
I have had good luck ordering parts off of Amazon and only the CDI for go carts are supposed to be rev limited

make sure your components are located in a good location for cooling I have had to replace all of the different components because it was over an exhaust that burst and cooked off
also dont go to far in switching out LED lighting the less power is used the more is sent to the resistor

pretty much the big deal on a 50 to 150 swap is the mounting pivot switching from bottom to top but if you can "swing it" your good😋
most of the 50 frames seem to weigh a little less then the 150

it seems to me that swopping a $250 brand new 150cc is a good way to get a reliable around town scoot 250$ is not much more than a complete 50cc rebuild and if you get a used but running 150cc motor well that would be pretty dang economical
oh and feel free to ignore the turdus he can be a big Richard at times

I bet that blue guy gets tired of the Smurf jokes. HOO-HAA... I'll bet he does too!!! He may have missed his calling as front man for "The Blue Man Group"... LOL It was MANY years ago that I saw him on a TV talk-show, and he garnered some national attention... Sadly he apparently passed away a while back, at the age of 62, thus making extinct, a whole race... Such is life! Think I'll find a music site and listen to "Am I Blue?" in tribute... Yup! Leo (blue from 22 degree weather!) in Texas well if you feel that strongly about it you can drink way to much colloidal silver and resurrect an entire race of man
