what has you confused psi ? because you're using acronyms yourself was "no you don't really need a bigger carb" to complicated
30 cubic centimetres is only 20% of 150 cubic centimetres stock is fine

on the stock motor you know that dead spot where you don't get more power even when you give more gas? yea that's your carb having more go than your motor can use
at fifteen psi only so much can fit into 149 cc
so no you don't really need a bigger carb

either the thermostat switch is wrong or the temperature gage is wrong test the thermostat in a pot of water on the stove with a thermometer

the belt should be parallel with both pulley faces if you hold a good straight board against the veriator fan you can measure the distance from the belt at the front and then at the rear

?!?! what why is a disk supposed to be dangerous on a back wheel? sounds like magic thinking to me if its good on the front is good on the back its could be useful to be able to break the back end free on a scoot
i miss power sliding on my bike

your nomenclature is not clear so restate what you mean or give pictures please
the drive shaft has a splined section just before the threads IF that is what you are talking about then you need to correct for the misalignment you are introducing between pulleys or suffer a loss of belt life and power delivery
the fixed pulley side on the front must be aligned with the fixed pulley side in the back

98 % of all sliders and rollers are nylon because it is cheap but will work ok unfortunately nylon has micro carbide bits in it as a byproduct of its manufacturing process thats why its made into green scrubbers you know scotch bright is pure nylon
delrin however is far superior as a bushing I would happily pay for a set of delrin sliders. hint hint on a cnc mill I have have seen a steel cutting bit last through thousands of delrin parts and still be razor sharp
for nylon .... even titanium nitride coated cobalt won't last for very long
delrin however cost a little more

yea over 6000 rpm and oil starts to really make a mess out the valve cover vent if you don't have an oil trap

winglets don't do much for for the craft equipped with them other than a small boost to lift at the wing tips the primary purpose is the reduction of the vortex that allows for the aircraft behind to land sooner safely
I think a land speed motorcycle would not welcome extra lift

it still sounds like you are going to need to pull the head, if your lucky you have an embossed steel gasket and can use it once more. otherwise a new gasket is about five bucks. a set of new valves is also about five bucks if you dont want to grind them yourself I did mine in a hand drill against a slack harbor freight 30x1 belt sander with worn out 600 grit sand paper, the equivalent of about 1000 grit and before i get yelled at about the poor exploding baby orphan nuns .......five bucks. You can afford to mess up
so clean the timing chain and cam sprocket so you can mark them makes it easy to put back correctly
If you want I can go into more detail but its probably already on YouTube

if you want a full 100cc your going to need a stroked crank otherwise what is called a 100 will only give you 80cc
at that point you may as well get a new 150 motor as it will cost less and have the bigger ball bearings you'll need to have for a reliable motor
so ..... don't play with a bbc and stroke your crank or you'll bust your little balls 😂

your going to need to pull the head so you can inspect the cylinder wall and the valve faces for pitting or scoring so order a new head gasket or just get an entire new head for 40$ a new cylinder and piston can also be purchased for about 40$ or get the hole deal for about 60$
