I put a 20mm on mine and only about 5miles per tank differance I installed a 80cc BBK and it works fine as for performance I cant say because i put it on at the same time as the BBK

What I do is drive down the road and if it will run 60mph check it with the mile marker
it should be a mile a minute

I used to be a rustolium man would only use rustolium But they were out and only had Krylon primer/paint its alot better more shine and goes on better.
I just painted my scoot and it came out great I use a scotch brite pad and scruff it up paint it then clear coat it.
the sun here in NM puts a beating on paint my scoot isnt a year old and it was fadded It will be a year in july

Its off sale now. They have the 80cc kit for $34.00 everyday they have a sale on certin things
John Ive bought quite a few things off of them and other than being kinda slow everything has worked well and alot cheaper

Look on wickedatvs.com they are cheap and free delivery to your door with lift truck cheapest i could find and no problems I bought a atv and my scooter from them and am geting ready to buy another

I just put on a 80cc BBK kit and it worked great.
I bought the 3 stage kit from scrappy and also the big bore head it ever ran right to make a long story short there was something wrong with it it would blow oil up the hose from the crankcase anyhow the kit was junk something in the jug was messed upafter it got warm it wouldnt restart no compression and they wont do anything to rectify the problem

I got mine from Scrappydog I got the performance 20mm one and itwill adj I had the 100cc BBK onit and had so much trouble with it I put the 80cc BBK on it and it runs fine with the 20mm one.
I have been buying my parts from chinesepartswholesale.com they are cheap and good quality but some times it takes a little longer for them to get here i just order sooner

It sounds like the flywheel at least like mine sounded when it started looseing up and when it got a little worse it sounded like a rod knocking

On my 49cc renegade 50 it said I could have 380lbs and its made to ride 2 the scoots weight is 180lbs

That is another reason I made mine faster its nice to have a little more power to pull out into traffic and sometimes needed in traffic.
I forgot to mention if you get caught by the police going over 35 you must register it and the fastest speed limit in town is 35 so no big problem
