Just painted mine with spray cans and it was over $75.00 mostly the paint cost but theres sand paper or scotch brite pads denatured achohol to wipe it down to get any wax off masking tape news papers think thats about it

The 23 will be ok I would try it and the worst is to have to use smaller jets.
Most of the stock carbs have the screws ground flush with the bowel and you have to drill out the Idle adj screw so you will be ahead you wont have to mess with the screws and stuff on the stock one

I had the 20mm from scrappy with my 100cc BBK and it ran fine I didnt put anything differant in it just the way it came

Good thing your not moving to southern FL Its almost the same as what you discribed about PR I left FL rite after hurricane andrew and it was bad back then I lived in hollywood FL and was paying $650 for a apt and they were selling crack and all kinds of I could watch out my window and finally had enough and moved back to west virginia 16 years in FL was enough

I chopped up my stock exaust no more baffles and its not to loud I live in an RV park and no one has complained

The way to tell if you have a ac or dc is turn your ignition switch on and look at the headlight if its on its DC if not its AC

Yep they always send the new ones like that you can take a die grinder and slot them and get them out the carbs are so cheap I just buy a new one its alot easyer

Whats bad is it says in my manual that came with my scoot to change the valve stems asap that they are not good and can leak. That is a good one to put in the manual for you to see right after getting your scoot
