I should have also included that my CDI went bad and that was why i was using the kick starter. after about the 7th try is when it broke the tooth. I can tell a huge difference in kick starting it with the 50mm kit on it.
At this time I'm running the 50mm kit with stock cam and head. I plan on ordering the A9 cam next week and the head in a month or so. How much difference will I notice with the A9 while running on the stock head?

I installed the airsal with two base gaskets and it starts fine off the battery. Tried kick starting it and broke a tooth. D8

I'm not sure what the law is in Florida about having a animal on a motorcycle or scooter. I do know the local police would be all over someone that did it though. I have been pulled over because my small dog was in my lap looking out of the window. The officer told me that he pulled me over because of the safety issue it caused. I didn't get a ticket or anything and I laughed it off but only after he was going back to his car.

Not saying it's a bonehead idea because it's thinking outside of the box that will sooner or later pay off with something brilliant.

Putting anything in there would be very bad. If something came loose it would/could lock your brakes up while riding or destroy them.

Lukos. I have seen you say something about adjusting the needle. Can you explain that to me because I've never done that. I assume you mean the one connected to the diaphragm and runs through the top part of the carb. I didn't know you could adjust that.

Sometimes the material that they use to make these bad pads is pretty cheap. If you get some with cheap material or with contaminated material it can make them squeaky.

CopperDeer...Would it not make it run better getting the mixture right even with a smaller just? How dose it lose performance by jetting down and getting the air/fuel right? If anything I thought it would make it run better and make the performance better also. Not saying you're wrong but I was looking at it a different way.

Do you know of a good place to get or 92 jets? Scrappy carries then and nothing in between. I'm thinking a will be a little to small for a 50mm BBK.

My other thread was pretty much dead so..... main jet on a 50mm BBK With after market filter bogs and very slow. With Stock air box bogs and very slow. With Stock air box with plug that has 4 holes in it taken completely out and it ran pretty good. With no filter at just completely open and it screams like a beast. I have moved the air/fuel mixture over over the place and it runs best with no filter. I'm guessing that I need to go down in jet size to I can run a filter and have it run good still. Your opinions would be very helpful.

Top speed went from 30-31 to 38.7 and it was not full throttle. I haven't done full throttle and don't plan on it for awhile. Attachments:

Difference in piston size.. As you can tell it was running really rich when it was stock. Attachments:

OK, I think I need to order a couple of more jets. Maybe a 92 and If they have a also. Stock air flow doesn't work so put a used aftermarket filter that i has laying around on it. It would bog like crazy past half throttle. I took it off an revved it without any filter and it sounded like a beast and never bogged. I placed the stock air box back on and removed the plug that has the four small holes and it didn't bog out all but didn't seem to have as much power as running with no filter. I am guessing I should go down in jet size. Opinions please.
