Dongfang offers a few DF200 (168.9cc) GY6-B engine scooters. For comparison . . both the Genuine Buddy and Hooligan 170i's have oil coolers.

For others curious . . Bintelli Fury 150. In a hill/headwind context, a 168cc fan-cooled scooter engine should have a torque advantage over a 150cc . . at the expense of higher cylinder head temperatures (around 400°F on a wide-open-throttle 150cc). One potential scenario is high-temp related loss of piston ring tension . . resulting in compression blow-by into crankcase . . resulting in enhanced loss of oil through valve cover port . . resulting in engine seizing. |

Would like to see Kymco, Sym-Lance, Genuine, Bintelli, and Wolf offer direct online sales of a "value priced" scooter model. The Amazon reviews for the TaoTao ATM50-A1 may be a indication of how this would go . . those with some mechanical aptitude appear to prevail, compared to the "can't find the spark plug" crowd. At around 14:15 he does mention 2 new lines that are being released in February 2017, but unclear if those are scooter related.
Many areas lack support for a scooter dealer. Roketa is presently showing two Jiajue 150cc models . . MC-46J-150(LLP) and MC-121-150(LLP). Online resource.
