MC-12-150 . . possibly the piston rings/valve seals are shot Speculating a GY6-B engine . . cylinder stud spacing is different from typical GY6 engine.
Concur there may be a piston ring blow-by issue.
Might also verify that a deficient vacuum fuel petcock diaphragm is not allowing fuel to bypass the carb.

Qingqi 125 10-D per previous posting . . so probably a typical GY6 engine.
Engine oil MAY have drained out of the valve cover vent port . . and soaked the inlet air filter, if connected to that housing.
Trying to diagnose a deficiency telepathically is pretty much an exercise in futility . . how about a little more initiative on your part!

according to the place selling it the engine has a ceramic coated cylinder and is built by SYM in Taiwan Specs do state "Ceramic Coating Cylinder Technology" . . "built by SYM" is suspect!
150cc engine visual comparisons (LANCE is built by SYM). . .

Super Hornet 150cc . . Compression Ratio 9.20:1 . . low-octane gas should be sufficient. High-octane gas is actually diluted (slightly less energy) to delay ignition in high compression engines.

Motobravo Super Hornet 150cc . . 4 occasions it has stalled out . . All 4 times, I was at or near full throttle for several moments Check pulse pump fuel flow . . wide-open-throttle = reduced vacuum pulses = less fuel flow.

Might research a lawnmower-style "stepped prism" design.

Have you tried removing the ground pin from the CDI connector . . to rule out a deficiency in the switch circuits? Should engine start . . stop by disconnecting trigger/pickup coil bullet connector.
