This was how the wiring went into the CDI. Here's the issue though... If he had the wires incorrect, then is it possible that the CDI could have been damaged?

Also, can someone verify that this wiring is always the same for the CDI? Because if that's that case, the guy that I got it from must have tinkered with the wiring as the pickup coil wire and a ground wire are swapped on the far left side...

I checked out the stator wires...I was getting a reading from the black/red wire but not from the blue/white wire so that tells me that it's a bad pick-up coil. Can someone else confirm that?
Also...can someone explain to me the difference between AC and DC volts? How is it that an electrical system can have both types of readings?
Thanks in advance. I always appreciate the education. J-Ro

OK, So I purchased this 2010 DF150TKA DongFang (Dong Fang Suny NING 150cc) REVERSE TRIKE from a guy who had it torn apart in pieces because it wouldn't start. NO SPARK. Cranks fine but no spark at spark plug. He gave me two different CDI boxes but claimed that it just quit running one day while driving it. Figured it was a loose ground. I thought what the , I'll tinker with it and see if I can get it going. My only problem is that I don't know which parts are the originals and if they are even a problem. I went through all the wiring and have everything connected but can't get a spark for anything. I'm thinking it's the stator. At this point I'm even willing to just purchase a new CDI, Coil, Stator and Regulator but I'm not sure where the best place to get the parts would be and I'd like to make sure and get the right ones. I've called the Suny dealership, no luck and have also emailed them without a response. If anyone has one of these, could you share any pics of the wiring to the CDI (he may have mis-wired it jacking around) and any of the original part numbers, etc? I can't find any documentation online either other than 2014 parts catalogs, etc. Thanks in advance for your help. I'll do my best to shoot some pics of all of the components and see how it compares to anyone who may have one.
Thank you. J-Ro
This is the current CDI wiring:
4-PIN: Upper Left: Green Upper Right: Black/Yellow Lower Left: White/Blue Lower Right: Green
2-PIN: Top: Black/White Bottom: Red/Black
