I took my cert of origin and bill of sale/receipt showing cost of vehicle down to the DMV . They created a new title in my name and registration and plates. The hardest part was writing the check.

I had a 1966 Ford Cortina, Lic# POO604D. I loved that little car. When it wouldn't pass the MOT, I got another Cortina. I stayed with what I knew. But, I think for longevity and less maint, I'd go with the big boys (Honda/Suzuki/Yammy). I really like (men can't LOVE a pice of plastic) my chinese trike, and I really do enjoy it. but, when it becomes for of a pain to maintain, I'll get a Burgman and trike it, or a Honda trike. Main tihng is, to enjoy what ya got.

The welds on mine were NOWHERE near that clean. (I ended up redoing them) I'm guessing they weren't gonna show crappy welds, Interesting nevertheless

Then get one and get scheduled for the MSF class Or is there a legitimate reason you ain't got one? Not to bust your balls, but why r u on the road with No DL No MC endorsement No registration No inspection Inexperienced riders are a danger to everyone else, especially you. The cop may have just saved you life.

The least you can do, is, before June 3 1. Get it inspected 2. Get it registered 3. Take the MSF Class and get the MC endorsement on your DL.

What I noticed was there was very little automation whereas a robot did 'whatever'. The only thing I saw was the pipe bending machine, and a drillpress, and little else.
But, most of the work was done by hand, to include the painting, and smothing the edges of the plastic.
And, most everyone was smiling. Happy employees??? I assume so.
Any complaing about poor quality materials isn't these folks's fault. They're assemblers. The don't pour the mold of pot metal parts.
How many Americans would be content doing ANY of these jobs?
Not supporting out sourcing, just saying.....

As they always say "Dress for the CRASH, not the weather" I was wearing a helmet, leather jacket, gloves, and shorts. Not that blue jeans would helped. I'd like to say 'I Feel your pain", but that would be just wrong. (LOL) Forget about fixing/welding the scoot. Take the ins $, and buy a new to you whatever you want. And dress for the crash. Hope you heal quickly Dave Attachments:

When I got my trike. I put in a gal [at home] (3.2 tank) and it still ready MT and the light flashing. Went to the gas station and filled er up. And it read one bar below full. Then rode it and it went to full, then down a bar, then I knew it was telling me something, so I stopped at a bar. So, , gas and go. Enjoy the ride.
