If I had 200 scoots just sitting there, knowing 30% of em would get pissed on and turned into parts bikes, I think I'd do something about it.

I like both. Each has it's advantages
I started a motorcycle group (not club) in Denver 12 years ago, (Rocky Mountain Sabres) and we had around 20 some odd folks. WE did a couple group rides each month, and the Toys for Tots ride, and some special "In Memory Of....." rides. It was fun.
BUT I also prefer the solitude of a cross country ride alone. Riding thru the Arizona desert, going thru Navaho country, or up hiway 1 from LA to San Fran. Or the SanDiego area, North Island,
BUT Riding with the girlfriend, doing our "LOOP" around the city in the early evening is kinda kool too.
So Each has their advantages and disadvantages.
(I used to be a big motorcycle rider, after my accident I went to the trike. I may go back to motorcycles some day, but for now, I'm really enjoying the scoot life)

Kool Great idea I think that's so much better than just posting a pic to a thread that just sits there This way we can see, get ideas,appreciate,and admire other scoots.

I read here or somewhere that a lot of the chinese scoots of all sizes, don't pass, aren't CARB certified in Caif. The trike I just bought, from a dist in Calif, can't sell em in Calif. But, the rest of the US should not be judged by Calif standards. www.powersportsmax.com/product_info.php/cPath/38/products_id/15794I just picked this site at random Close to the bottom of this add, they talk about C.A.R.B. certification and not being legal to sell in Calif, and they don't sell in Fla. They do have a list of legal bikes for Calif. Seems like we got troubles in River City

Hello, Would like to sell my gently used Tuscano Urbano Termoscud - R019 leg cover. It was used on a Kymco People 150 but fits several other scooters (see below; alas, not my new ride). Comes with a nice storage bag and attachment instructions in multiple languages. These leg covers really work and can greatly extend the riding season. Unless it was a downpour I generally was able to forgo rain pants using the Termoscud. Fits the following scooters: Located in Portland, Oregon but I'm willing to ship it. Within the continental US shipping should be around $15. Link to craigslist ad for pics and more info: portland.craigslist.org/mlt/mcy/3754640678.htmlRef: Tucano Urbano site (in Italian): www.tucanourbano.itVery interesting. But I just got a plain jane simple rain suit from Walmart. But yours looks purdier Ride safe (and dry) Dave

IE I deal with it, and assume it's due to this new version, testing, changes, etc etc, . Was just saying in the event anyone else is having issues also. Thanx, and keep up the good work Dave

They work on a good tire and rim however if the rim or tire are not true then the beads can't correct that. The best way to determine if there is anything wrong with the tire or rim is by putting them on a spin balancer and allow the computer to run its diagnostics however at that point you may as well just put the weights on. True However, sometimes we gotta make the 'assumption' that the rim is true and it's just an out of balance (vs out of round) situation. Just adding another alternative, as I haven't seen them (dyna beads) mentioned on here. Thanx Dave

I've had problems bringing up images. Sometimes I get the error below:
error calling pre_downloadattachmentpage -- Undefined subroutine &ProBoards::Include::db_quote called at /usr/local/PBV4.5/modules-new/downloadattachmentpage.pl line 73.
Sometimes I get the red "X"
sometimes it works, usually after 3 or 4 attempts.

I like the looks of the PCX150 more, but I sure would hate to give up 100cc.
