I've been in the manufacturing trade building machinery do you eat any Kelloggs cereal or anything from General Mills I probably built most of the ovens and coolers to cook their products. I'm not boasting but my torque wrench clicks when it reaches it's calibration but anyway thanks for the info on the tiada parts I can never find them on the bay or Amazon. I want the Tiawan quality in my scoot. I planned on replacing all of them anyway. You guys are awesome. I wish we could hang and talk shop I would enjoy that very much. I got a promotion on the site. I'm a junior rider now. Do I get a star for my forehead or a badge!! lol Oh no I didn't want you to take it the wrong way, General Mills ovens very cool. Thanks for the compliment ironic the Admin owner of this board chewed me a new one on the open forum recently because I'm so rude and impolite and talk down to entry level new owners. ya whatever search my posts and show me Also try these guys for some Taida and Hoca the GY6 store, they have a location in Puerto Rico where Scooter drag racing is big and a second warehouse location in Shelby NC You will find some of there products on the E-Bay store but haven't seen any Taida from the m on Ebay gy6store.com/main.scProbably the best supplier of Hot Rod parts for the GY

Here are the best high quality Studs you can buy. shop.martinmopeds.com/Taida-Miscellaneous-Parts_c35.htmSomething I should have mentioned from when you first started is replacing all the Studs to fine quality Taida. There just love $16, and well worth the price The OE studs a very poor and remember when torqued we are simply Stretching the stud, we can only Stretch the hardware so many times before its junk. Also when those studs are re-torqued and over torqued you are now pulling the studs up from the top of the block and then upsets that lanes and continual base gasket leaking problems. In the bigger motor engine guru world they usually use a Stretch Gauge on the thing like Rod bolts, the also measure the Stretch of the when the engine comes back down, very easy way to tell if a Small Blcok Chevy was Over-Reved is measure the length of the rod bolts. Ive seen several on this forum with 50's that have been taken apart many times and they all start to have sealing problems with the Base or Head Gasket, and the think the cure is to keep tightening them and Snap she goes. Personally I wont reuse any hardware that needs torqued

The oil vent on the top of my valve cover hooks up to my carb but I have bigger problems now I disassembled the valve cover cause it seemed to be leaking from there my engine bolts were never properly torqued so I decided to use my new tourque wrench the handle is so long it felt like nothing and snapped off a engine stud and nowhere to be found online. They are the 1p39qmb and they are longer than the others so now I'm up the creek . i was going to try scrappydog but they have pretty much all negitave reviews so no way. The one I snapped is about 7.25" long the same for the 150cc but can't find them either. I was so happy now I'm pissed I should get the company that made that wrench to find engine studs and pay for the replacement lol ya right!!! I would speculate you used a Foot Pound Click type torque wrench instead of a Inch Pound Beam Type? My Click type ftlb wrench does the same thing, backing her down to a few ftlbs other than you have to know the feel I don't think it very accurate under 10ftlbs. backing off a ftlb Click type torque wrench to its minimum a inexperienced person will not feel the wrench do its click and the person keeps fighting till she breaks something. Ive seen this many times, there was a kid on the forum that said he had such good feel he didn't need a torque wrench then he went a got a foot pound click type ftlb click type wrench to use on a 50 and didn't feel the click and snapped off studs then blamed the Wrench, it was the first time in his life he ad used one and obviously with his good feel missed it If you have almost never used a Torque wrench buy the Beam type the first I think I have a source for the studs your looking for, stay tuned

Here is a Moto GP bike with Winglets to provide downforce, they call them winglets and not sure if that is technically correct The sanctioning body banned them.

winglets don't do much for for the craft equipped with them other than a small boost to lift at the wing tips the primary purpose is the reduction of the vortex that allows for the aircraft behind to land sooner safely I think a land speed motorcycle would not welcome extra lift Correct as usual Chewy.. Anything that will provide downforce will slow the vehicle down, Im sure there trying to find some happy medium.

I put the hi- perf exhaust back it sounds awesome I love it. It sounds like a Harley downshifting gears lol. Now Im happy with that thanks. Now I'm leaking oil like really bad and I cant tell where it's coming from the oil is everywhere from the ride I took a good climb up hill steady speed no loss of power actually I can increase speed uphill. Now I'm pissed about but thank God I made it home without any damage to the scooter. Excellent!! Now check for proper venting of the crankcase for the oil spewing.. that all it is at the rpm you running at. I vented mine in two places with check valves and they failed on a short beer run and oil was everywhere I was lucky no damage as I use a high end synthetic. nursed her back home on dino oil and when I changed the oil I couldn't get any amount in before it Pucked back at me, that when I discovered the Fake check valves failed to vent properly and change my whole setup...

The OE pipes are very quite and restrictive, the GY likes to Breath so the is some snots in the exhaust.. Bless you also..

Yes yes yes. the Aero package is a big deal once we get over 100mph.. My late model CBR has some patent pending bodywork on it to keep the front end planted at speeds of 140mph+. If you have ever ridden two wheels in the area of 150+mph you will notice on a inline four the front end starts to get very light, conventional bodywork with a inline four starts to become a barn door and provides Lift. Honda designed the bodywork in the wind tunnel and there is all kinds of venting for the air you are now pushing. With ignition and the pipe she a solid 186mph ride and that is very serious business when your arse is hanging out in the wind,I take it very seriously it takes awhile to get there and a while to get her wowed down.. Not a very good pic but you can see the black lip and the venting in the front fender.

-Back to Jimmy. -Before Jimmy Page was a professional guitarist, he owned and operated an occult book store. -Jimmy studied the life and writings of Aleister Crowley. Crowley was a magician at times, rejected Christianity, studied the occult and started his own cult called the Abbey of Thelema in Sicily. Ozzie Osborne recorded a song about Aleister Crowley entitled, "Mr Crowley". When I was in high school, Robert Plant's son died tragically and unexpectedly at the age of 5 or 6. It was said that Plant blamed the unexpected death on the witchcraft of Jimmy Page. -I don't know if Jimmy's study of the occult was just a phase he went through or if he really embraced witchcraft. Very cool bender! I always wondered who the heck was Mr Crowley was...

I put a 94 needle jet ( idle jet) in and a main jet in the piece of shiitake carb and it flies I weigh 215 and no power loss up hill I can actually increase speed uphill!!! Running great I can't wait to do my cvt with a 2. final gear ratio. This is going to be balls to the wall. Fantastic!!! now you will find some mph in a properly tuned CVT. pay attention to your belt climb..

Even with the BBK and big heads it still needs the stock to run right. The hi perf backfires No not really. a true open exhaust once you chop the throttle will back fire completely normal and nature if the beast. Watch a pro dirt or flat track and when they chop the throttle going into the corner they all pop.. You can fatten up the jetting to minimize it but thats about it. I just deal with it..
