If it wasn't so far, I'd come and help, because most of those part are easy to replace, hopefully someone in your area that owns a scooter and does his own work could help you, I'll try to find someone.

I have found the best way to change brakes without bleeding them when you take the old pads out and you begin to depress those pistons only depress them enough to get the disc brakes into the caliper so they have just enough gap to go on the rotor Works great ;D (The first time I replaced my disc brakes, I depress them all the way in, had a heck of a time bleeding them never again)

First I keep I close eye on my back tire, because the axle nut can work loose and it will wobble. I would change gear oil, it may be low and if there is any problem you will see it in the oil. I don't see why they think its the clutch and starter clutch Is that the swing arm bearing going bad?

I'm over 15,000 miles, It is in pretty good condition, thou some areas of body needs some body work. Problems, mainly vacuum and carb issues. I was loosing vacuum and carb needed to be adjusted (a/f) found out the problem was my air box hose wasn't fitting on my carb right, (finally fix) and the a/f was way off unto I got my pro motion adjustable screw driver that is about 18" long so I can get into that a/f screw, be sides that mainly maintenance ;D

When you say cut a lip, are you saying cut off the extra rubber off air box ? Where did you get the narrow clamp (hard to find)

I have the MC-54-250B roketa scooter, runs great but I'm having a problem keeping my air box clamp tight on the back side of the carb, notice the little area for my hose clamp, bearly enough to clamp too, is there any way to put something on the back of the carb to extend it to give me more room for my clamp to Attachments:
