Took apart my other carb on my last engine, and I'm embarrassed to even post what I found..... probably why that crank went out.

It's not just gravel either. Watch out for the bigger rocks when going around a turn--- it's not cool at all when your front tire pops up off the ground when going around a turn leaning.

Its for a go kart though... Don't know that it will work Yeah I apologize about that go kart engine link--- I was posting on my phone and realized(afterwards) that the link I wanted to post was labeled basically the same. They MAY have the engine you want, but GEH3333 posted basically the same one I intended--with extras besides an engine, can't beat that.

I have had success in purchasing from SDS. All of the engine parts worked out well. I ordered some "Handsome Boy" chassis parts that did not fit my 2013 Taotao CY50-A, and they simply asked me to return them. Will buy from them again, although email communication leaves a bit to be desired. I just had a site special order a body part I needed, that wasn't in stock. It worked out nicely. Hopefully they can do that for you, if they haven't. Actually SDS had the part I wanted, but it was black-- my scoot is the handsome boy style as well. Probably should have emailed them if they had the body panel in silver, me of course. Found one in silver at another site, but wasn't in stock--- emailed me and told me. I had to wait a little longer for obvious reasons(they had to order it from their parts supplier). Not taking anything away from Scrappy at all--- I love AND have ordered from nearly all the supporters of this site, in the banner at the top of your screen. I'd love to order from just one place, but feel the need to share the love. I hope you find/found your part.

I'm not sure what your variator pulley looks like, but there are "variator holding tools" out there. Similar to this---I've never used one, but thought it'd be worth posting, at the very least. I have a torque wrench, so it's something I've been looking into--- unfortunately, I have no idea the amount of torque my EMERGENCY impact wrench puts on when hitting the nut. It may take some trial and error using the holding tool(however you hold the variator), most likely. Unless you wrench enough and can tell the proper torque, and not have the nut come loose. I'd use some caution for sure. I've never used one so I can't say for you to give it a go or not. Here's what would work on mine:

Needs more info. I'd have way more info than that listed wanting to sell something. Shady, but can't put a finger on it...

Prodigit those videos were REALLY cool. I think it'd be cool if they had mini Chinese scoot engines like that, in the 3rd video---it'd be good practice with proper tools---ehh fun either way. Nice.
It reminded me that mini piston key chain I've been wanting. I want one with the rings included.
Never was a fan of plastic model cars, but that would be something I'd mess around with-- the mini 12-cylinder.

Definitely cleaning my helmet lens today. The last few days of riding home from working late bugs were awful. It felt like I was getting hit by someone who had a chain gun, shooting spit wads.
