;D hello everyone well anybody else who would ever have this problem I fixed it myself...upon learning about the cdi I did a test and use a hair dryer to heat up a little the cdi unit and the bike shut off and restarted but you have to hold the brake lever to keep it running,,,but I bought a new cdi and hooked it up and the bike started and stayed running so if you have that problem that should be the cure.......

hey no it starts first time alright but after a short ride it shuts off and to restart and keep it running you have to hold a brake lever in or short out the 2 wires off one of the brake levers I just pull the 2 wires and alligator clip them together and it starts and stay running that way but then the brake lights are on,leave the bike cool down and it starts and runs normal till it runs for a awhile then your back to that problem

help-when first starting my scooter you pull a brake lever and then the start button it starts but after a short ride it shuts off and to keep it running I have to 1-hold a brake lever to start and keep it running or 2-take the 2 wires off the brake light switch by the brake handel and attach the 2 together with a wire then it will stay running but the brake light is on also...any help with this, the scooter is a 2008
