"I can't say anything for performance improvements or up jetting - Now the ITA is getting an EFI makeover."
it is not very loud - much quieter than the original rattle. I have not tried with the baffle out.
If I get a chance this evening, I will try to get it fired up and get better video baffle in and out.

If the course is free or cheap in your state, TAKE IT ALREADY! Especially before someone decides that too cheap and prices it like here in WI @ $250+ And your insurance will thank you.

Slightly louder and cheap? Poke some holes in it My original didnt have any holes but it was loud and restrictive. Every part inside was loose, and the O.D. of the pipe was less than 1" which of course means the I.D was far less than 1". New pipe is 1" I.D. No loose parts. Easier on the ears and much better looking. I can't say anything for performance improvements or up jetting - Now the ITA is getting an EFI makeover. Slow but sure. Crap weather, then the Tracker blew the timing belt, + more bad weather means I haven't spent much time with the scooter.

I do use a Garmin GPS but haven't got it out yet this year. In the mean time I use my Android phone and run My Tracks. I note my fastest speedometer indication, and then check the statistics when I get off at the end of my ride. 60mph on the Znen speedo is only 49 per the app.

Picked up the 1/2" electric impact form HF last week for $40 with an email coupon. Haven't even opened the box yet.

the white and black fitting on the hose on top of the tank - looks like a check valve, allow air in to reduce the vacuum in the talk and not allow vapors to escape into the atmosphere. no check valves like that on either of my scoots .

I went to look because I knew they had coupons and a menu. While most people get the exact same thing every single times, I mix it up.
This one doesn't have nutritional information, yet.

Nope, not at all.
But it does go to show how things change over time, or direction: north to south

Nope. I do not know where JR lives, I do not often visit southern hardware stores.
I do remember the Coast to Coast hardware did carry ammo and guns and powder, up here in the north from 1980 when we moved to WI, until they closed. I recall when I was a kid, the hardware store my dad went to did have guns and stuff - 1968 through probably 75 where we lived.

I don't think my Ace Hardware stores carry gun powder or bullets. They do have propane and propane accessories.

The local Chinese restaurant website is blocked at work due to malware/spyware/virus suspicions. 6 or 7 years ago the site was flagged on my home computer too, as being infected. I emailed their web guy - who was in China and didnt even see my email for nearly 1 year before he started to work on it. While Avast calls it clean now, but the network security at work still blocks it.

you can take the remaining nut and adjuster to get a size and look for an appropriate replacement, rather than just going and asking for a nut. Your gonna readjust the valves when you have all the parts again anyhow.
