You have anything in those files on de-restricting the Tomos Twister 50cc? The scoot isa 2012 model and was built by SYM using a Peugeot XS1P37QMA-2 with a Keihin NCV and the stock variator with 6 gram rollers. Thanks in advance for any info you may have.

but I think I'll pass on the LifePo4 until the technology improves and cost drops. I'll stick with my proven system of a good Yuasa AGM and keep it plugged in to my Battery Tender Junior.when not riding.

Here's a sketch of a spanner wrench I put together in about 1 hour. Got the bar stock threaded rod nylock nuts and machine screws at Ace Hardware for about $7.00 Had the Plasti Dip in my workshop.

Leo, I'm jealous, my Tomos Twister has a locking seat that unlocks by turning key CCW, but NO LOCKING GAS CAP. I'm sure the Tomos folks would say it's not needed though since the gas cap is located underneath the locking seat. [/font

Advance Auto quoted me $22.50 plus tax for a NGK plug for my 50 cc scoot. Said they could get it for me in 5 days...Whoopeee!!! That was my first time in an Advance Auto store.....AND MY LAST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
