I ordered some brake calipers and rear brake shoes for my scooter a few days ago and today they should arrive in the mail! Yay. Now, I've never changed my brake fluid because it seems to be holding up okay, but now the time has come.
So I've read all the articles about the process, and I've read a bunch of articles elaborating the difference between the two brake fluids. But, what's your opinion? What brake fluid do you use in your 50-150cc scooter?

[replyingto=gy6girl]gy6girl[/replyingto]Sorry I can't help you out much more than that, other than to use the non-permanent loc-tite, which will still make it extra-difficult to get the clutch nut off again.

I took my zook's cvt cover off for the first time today. The first time in probably 23 years. Surprisingly, even though it's kinda rusty and there's belt residue all over the place the Bando belt looks brand new! It's something like "21300 g9z 0030" and I can't find one anywhere. It's a really tiny skinny belt, it's no wonder the zook can only go 33mph! I tried taking the variator off but it's stuck on there. Probably rusted on from the other side.
I give up on it for now. Hopefully that guy on facebook has some parts so I can make it look pretty again!

I bought me a fist full of NGK CR7HSA plugs, ordered me up those jets (92, , 98), and I covered my filter with a sock. I'm all ready to do this, aww yeah.

Aside from the Dr. Pulley clutch all the performance clutches are gimmicks from what I hear. Despite being lighter with a colder clutch bell most of them perform close to stock EXCEPT for the Dr. Pulley performance clutch.

[replyingto=domindart]domindart[/replyingto]You should have something like these two buttons once you restart firefox: I use 1-click-youtube-downloader and youtube-to-mp3, they seem to work alright, but I switch it up once in a while.

[replyingto=domindart]domindart[/replyingto]Yup, you just gotta convert it to mp3 then drag and drop it into your phone. I use it for my Nexus 7 tablet and iPod. ;D
If it's an android phone then you might be able to get the firefox addon for it and skip the dragging and dropping.

[replyingto=domindart]domindart[/replyingto]Here ya go: addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=easy+youtube+downloader&appver=18.0&platform=windowsJust test them out and pick your favorite and it should let you download the youtube video as an mp3 file. It's not illegal in any way that I'm aware of because you're just downloading the sound file from a publicly viewable video. Note: The video uploader actually has to allow the video to be converted to mp3 by allowing it to be embedded. If it can be embedded such as being able to make it viewable on this site then you should be able to get the mp3 from it.

[replyingto=domindart]domindart[/replyingto]Why not use Easy Youtube Downloader addon for firefox and download the mp3 from the video file? That's how I've amassed a huge collection of music. Free downloads from youtube
