Thank you! I've been reading the old forum for almost a year, and just now made the switch over to this new one.
I've only owned it for about 200 miles. It's got 700 on it. My guess based on the first two owners is that the valves have never been adjusted. I wouldn't know how to either.
I do have to let it cool before I can restart it.

I have a TGB 151cc scoot. It started having issues after an electrical issue.
What happened was I went to ride it late at night after moisture had built up on it. No more than five minutes into riding it, all my lights went out. I'm assuming the moisture caused a short somewhere and killed any bulbs on AC(My turn signals and brake light still worked).
I let it sit for for a few days and replaced the headlight and tail light. I took it for a ride, and maybe 15 minutes into the ride, I stopped at a stop sign and noticed the motor bog down when I gave it gas. I drove it back to my house and let it idle to see what it would do. It bogged down and died.
Since then, It'll cold start just fine. Once it warms up, after a couple minutes, and the motor comes down to a slow idle, it bogs down and dies.
-I messed with the throttle adjustment on the carb -I checked the air filter -I replaced the fuel filter(it needed replaced) -I replaced the spark plug(NGK) -I changed the oil(needed) -I cleaned the carb and checked the floats
I am now at a loss of what else to do. I originally didn't think that the lights shorting out and the bogging problem weren't connected, but now I'm starting to wonder. If anyone can offer some insight, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
