The muffler mounts certainly take a beating. especially with the relatively heavy OEM mufflers. I've played with JB Weld before and would have been surprised if it held under that abuse.
Pavement seams ain't got nothing! That gravel road I run every day has a mile of grape sized marbles to skitter across and then another mile that's so washboard beat to that it would make Roman cobblestones seem like a good deal. Those 12" wheels are none too impressed and the Chinese "shock absorbers" are quite overwhelmed. My trunk box is taking a serious beating and now I think the center rear rack bolt is stripped. Going to have to find a way to repair that. I've been beating the scoot like a red headed step child but it still keeps on kicking.
Every morning people along the way are looking at me like I'm an idiot, but hey, I really don't need 3rd row seating and 6000lb towing capacity to carry me and my lunch pail to work. All the haters are welcome to slam the door on their cages while I enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. We've got a few more weeks before the weather starts to close in. Going to make the most of it.

Find the correct picture already online somewhere. Right click and copy the image URL. Then use the image insert button on the forum toolbar, (looks like a little picture). Then paste the image URL.
Most forums won't let you upload pictures directly because they can't afford all the storage space. You can create a free account elsewhere to store your desired pictures "in the cloud" and then point to that location. Photobucket and DropBox are two popular choices.

Looking at your pictures now I'm second guessing which way I installed my sliders. It's running pretty well now with the new fuel pump but I've just got no top end speed. Dang it, now I'm gonna have to take the lid off again.
The angled header pipe is my concern about trying to purchase a generic. Really needs to be horizontal for this body style. Would like to think that it would breathe better with a 1" pipe though instead of the restricted stock pipe.

You must have missed the previous threads.
He originally ordered a 50. But when it arrived the engine crankcase is stamped BN157QMJ. So they may have goofed.
Unless it's possible to put a 50cc jug on a 150cc case?

Be careful with higher wattage light bulbs. My Znen has the standard 35 watt bulb and the socket is partially melted The plastic won't take the heat.

My Lance only has one fuse on the whole machine that I know of. If any of the lights come on at all then that's probably not the issue.
Mine has a bundle of connectors for the rear lights that come together in a protector sleeve below the rear end of the seat. You'll have to remove at least the seat box panel to get to them though. Then if you have small hands you can wiggle the connectors around and see if you're getting closer to the problem.

Looks like it because it is. Lance Milan 150. One of about 20 names for the ZN150T-F
So where did you get your 1" header?
I've been using Windows Live Movie Maker. It's the dumbed down version that came out with Windows 7. It is free with Windows. It's relatively easy to use with a ribbon style toolbar. It has a bunch of auto format functions so you can just point it at a folder full of pictures for instance and it will slap together a whole slideshow for you. I've still got a lot to learn, but it's fine as long as you aren't trying to get too fancy.
IF you're trying to do some more intermediate level editing you can download and install the XP/Vista version (Movie Maker 6.0) that has a traditional time line and a second audio track that you can mess with. There are also a ton of plug-ins and add-ons available for that version.
Lately I've been attempting to use the YouTube music track function. It's not too hard to figure out. Prevents getting yelled at about copyright infringement. Can only use one song per video though. Can't really piece multiples.

You would have to "open" it or remove the valve in order to inspect it. It may be burnt, or bent, or have carbon build up, or pitting, or who knows.
If it won't seal zero pressure liquid, then it's not going to give you good compression.
Certainly worth a try just hand lapping the valve.

There is one here in town. First time I saw it I had to walk around it a couple times trying to take it all in. Just sort of peculiar no matter which angle you looking at it from. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Late in the season riders are all jazzed up thinking they are invincible because they survived this long without any trouble. That's when complacency sets in.
