I doubt the cdi is restricted but the roller are probably on the heavy side keeping your rpms down but if your doing that kind of speed imo its not restricted and 2t smoke no biggie

I have also ordered from them with no issue my first bbk i bought from them and it has been on three different scooter and still running strong three years later on the third and with the same rings and piston try to get that from a ebay bbk..lol

DX also make sure you are not sucking any extra air any where make sure your air box is sealed tight wait does the spark plug look like if whitish means its lean on fuel also did you replace it with a stock size new cylinder kit

if your getting 54mph i would deal with the noise lol but most of them tick like that when gap right

Will the rings are shot im sure it rub pretty hard rode it for almost 300 yards after blew, but this kit has many miles and has soft seized before

What 90cc thread? What's a cpi? How did this happen? Is that a two stroke engine? yes it a 2t Cpi is the brand it is and no its not a 90cc i have another thread that involves my 90cc motor and it happen cause the wrist pin bearing came apart on me |

Have tried to adjust your air/fuel screw yet, this will help your issue also, if you tighten the screw this will allow less fuel at idle

put 3.75 in it is not good to over fill it
