I would do a compression check if you are spray fluid in it and it aint even close to starting rings and piston might be shoot

is there anywhere that you can buy a whole replacement, my vento has the alarm box but when i bought it the person did not have the control so im not able to use it

on the oil reserve there is two wire that go into it, that light up a light when low on oil this scooter and others like it like to leak oil from there

might wont to take the clutch have and give the pads a good sanding with the belt and measure the width of the belt and see if needs replaced but if the motor is climb in rpms might need to clean the carb and makes sure its not the issue

Thanks been trying to break it in some today but everything seem ok and has more power through out the whole rpm range
