Happen to stumble upon them, and they have the trike i want for $999, about half the price anyone else is quoting. Yeah, i know, too good to be true and all that, but still.... Even if that doesn't include shipping (haven't bothered to check), it'd still come in cheaper than the other dealers.
So, any of y'all heard anything good or bad 'bout them?

I can't find them by a google search. As an Ice Bear dealer I can tell you that price may be too good to be true. I would suggest that you check the BBB before committing to buy.

After perusing the website a bit more, it seems that many/most of their products are older or discontinued models...maybe Jack Zhang has a warehouse full of discontinued/defective products?

Well, FWIW I think most, if not all, of the 150cc "reverse trikes" aren't available anymore, as they supposedly had terrible problems with the reverse system (maybe Jim from Rapid Repair can enlighten us further on this?). The supposed current availability of a new reverse trike at 150cc is suspect... I looked up MC-D150TKC on the internet, and all I find are a few links - from 2012 and 2013 - &ie=UTF-8" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.google.com/search?q=MC-D150TKC&rlz=1C1PRFA_enUS468US479&oq=MC-D150TKC&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l3j69i61j69i60.1264j0j4&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=&ie=UTF-8

I would ask if this is a new 2015 I went through this with another company came in as a 2013 and many problems and tried to have them pick it up because of year I wanted a new one. They made impossible so I wound up buying it as a use bike and got my 2015. So now I have 2 trikes, one I really didn't need so what I'm saying be careful. I see one mistake in write up saying it has in dependent rear end no it's doesn't. so if it's wrong there what else is wrong sounds like they really have no idea what they are selling. And service in my opinion with mine wasn't any good either.

Ordering directly from China is a bucket of worms, esp if they require payment by wire transfer. There was a company a while back that was doing just that, wire transfer payment and the machine never came, no recourse.
As far as the reverse trikes are concerned, all I can say is buy at your own risk. These machine are not built by Ice Bear, they are built by Dong Fang. A few years ago, Ice Bear use to sell these reverse trikes for another distributor, they had all kinds of customer issues and even Ice Bear could not get parts, so what kind of chance did the consumer have getting them? None! Ice Bear quit offering these years ago. The only good reverse trike out there is CAM AM, with a price tag above $30,000.

They are in China, so not only would you have to pay the shipping but have a US Customs Bond and get the product cleared through EPA.
You would be better buying local so you have a relationship with a company after the sale.

Nods, "I was really hoping to find a good manufacturer, so there was the possibility of turning it into a business. Hmmm, maybe find a good scooter and ATV company and see ifn they can't create one from parts."
