Problem is...they use the same speedo on the 10" wheels as they do the 12" and 13" ones. The 10" wheels being smaller rotate faster and give a false reading. My 12" wheels with high profile tires makes my speedo only off by 2mph via GPS. My gf scoot has 10" wheels. It was off by 11mph. No guarantees here but...the needle is only pressed on...so what I did with hers was..pull the needle...then using needle nose pliers I rotated the shaft to what I guessed would be 10-11mph...held shaft in place and pressed needle back on. It is now off by 2mph GPS...but the bad part being the needle won't move off from its resting post until you get going about 6-7mph. It is ok with us though...as we have yet to encounter a 5mph speed limit sign..
