Well swapped heads. She's running wonderful now. A bit rich but that's what tuneing is for haha

Better running rich than not running at all, not to mention rich lubricates and cools the engine more than running lean. What makes you feel it is running rich though? Did you install the uni filter yet? I was able to go up by 10 after installing my uni to a #100 main jet from # . Though I guess the smaller area for the combustion will decrease the amount of gas that can be exploded in that tiny space.

I've had a stock head on the 83cc BBK in the scooter I gave to my nephew last month, the yellow one in my sig (now teal green). Works fine, and gives you a bit higher compression due to it's smaller size. IMHO, only bigger valves or a proper porting will make it better than stock.

Sorry for not getting back sooner, been busy with work lol. So I had a jet in there and she was bogging a bit while trolling around the culdesac. Stopped and took a whiff of the exhaust and smelled a bit gassy. So swapped to the jet I have and tuned the air flow screw a bit and now she's running like a champ. Do notice the higher compression, starter not really liking it so just kick starting her when cold for now. Already got the head ordered, actually just ordered another bbk with just the piston, cylinder, head and gaskets comes out to be about the same as the head and gaskets by them self's except this way I get spare parts to boot lol.
