looks like this new idea of yours fizzled out. don't give up on the video's, Matt. i watch a ton of "how to" video's, especially instructional vid's showing how to install upgrades. i'm very interested in the Hoca Gear Set and really need to see how it is done before i will be comfortable doing it myself. scrappydog has a vid showing how to change gears but it shows a series of snap shots. for someone who hasn't done it before it would be much easier to learn from an actual video. unfortunately i can't find any other information.
i'm sure it is time consuming to do any video which is why you probably haven't done more. but don't think of it as all give and no take... people will link to your channel if you have many great instructional vid's which should benefit you in the long run.
