Why does the "Original" cam have such lower lift than the others? There is no gradient going from the stock through the other cams lift lengths, they just seem to be advanced or retarded, but all share pretty much the same lift (if I'm reading that graph right).
I wonder at what point any advantage gained from an increase in lift is offset by the extra work of compressing the valve springs?
