Where I admit our prices are higher than some and lower than others, as Dave pointed out, we are very big on customer service and do bend over backwards to help our customers. There are others on the board that will agree.
Frankly, being a small business and not a big box store, is what drives our prices. Simply put, to make a living we have to charge a bit more. In return, we do everything we can possibly can to ensure our customers have piece of mind when they order from us. We don't have a shopping cart so that I can talk with every prospective buyer personally, keep them apprised of what to expect and the time frame in which it happens, MCO shipping is automatic and no hassle shipping damage processing ( it does happen ). On the warranty side we do not argue with the customer or make them send us pictures of the problem or ( unless directed by Ice Bear) require the bad part to be shipped to us before the part is warrantied. Unlike most of your big box store that sell brand that they can, 99% of our sales are Ice Bear products, we still deal once in awhile with Roketa. This gives us the edge on knowledge of what we sell. We are also one of Ice Bear's perferred dealers.
As it was put, we don't just sit behind a computer and take your money, we work on what we sell.
