did you dissasemble the carb and clean it? I take it you didn't find anything loose in the cvt. You really need to get a battery, and start it with the cover off

You may be over oiling. I have the same type type of scoot. What's your top speed?

The R3i zip Turbocam is a 2 stroke. Vento made a zip r3i LI. And it was a 4 stroke the body's were little different also.. yours is a twin to the one I owned a Col years ago it is deff the 2 stroke do u have the analog or digital gauges??
