Found a place in Florida i think i am going to get. I am more interested in the land than the actual home on it. Its 10 acres on the main road. talked to the realtor and they say that currently there is someone living in it but they have been trying to evict the people for a while and are refusing to leave because they are not paying rent. So yea Hopefully by january or Feb i will be in Florida!  |
