Bought a BMS Palizzo last june....When I drove for first timeI noticed the battery guage was not working. Everything else ok, On the 2012 models they replaced the turn signal guage with this battery guage . I tried to find out from BMS where this hooks up. But never could get an answer. Anyone know a solution , I am not a mechanic, but I have several that work with me. Scoot runs great, 100 mpg and has been no problem.....I change oil and service every 500 to 1000 miles....so for so good.

Well in order to register what the battery voltage is it has to be connected to the battery. Just like you would hook up a volt meter to test your battery. Alleyoop
