I put in ALL leds and used the extra juice to power two 55 watt headlights. (I did my own nonscientific test at home to see if anything would melt.) Nothing did, but I found that a fan running at low speed (to simulate air currents) kept them much cooler. (but who has their headlights on when they're not moving?) This is a 250cc Znen btw.
