I will be working on this 150cc scooter this week and notice something i never seen and was wondering if someone will tell me what it is has two prongs on it   |

If I would take a guess with the cooling fins it woud be a heat sink.

its a blocking diode , stops backfeeding to the regulator when the engine is not running .

The small one is a DIODE, and the big one with fins is your REGULATOR/RECTIFIER.
